The survey was carried out in July and August 2020 by the Statista institute among 20,000 consumers.
Respondents rated the signs they had visited in the last three years according to three criteria:
1- the attention paid to customers (quality of reception, speed of contact, etc.).
2- the level of expertise of the signs (competence of the staff, quality of the information provided etc.).
3- their willingness to recommend the store in question to someone close to them.

At the end of their stay, all customers receive a satisfaction questionnaire on different aspects of their holiday at Yelloh! Village. In 2019, more than 83,200 questionnaires were collected. 93% of customers stated that they were satisfied or very satisfied with their stay at Yelloh! Village.
