What’s our pizzas’ secrets ? The knowledge of Giovanni our pizzaiolo chef of course!
But also his use of Evolutiva flour, 100% Italian and from organic farming. It is made of a mixture of 2000 types of ancient wheat, grown in a field in Sicily. This flour, worked in the old fashioned way and stone-milled by our chef, guarantees an incomparable smoothness and flavour to our pizzas!
The toppings of his pizzas are also significant: all of them are made with ingredients from Italian producers. The tomato sauce, for example, comes from San Marzano tomatoes, sun ripened in the Campania area, or the irrestible Mozzarella Fior di Latte, and the extra olive oil.
Finally, our pizzas are directly baked in a rotary wood-fired oven.
The incredible flavour of our pizzas is served with a nice Italian wines’ selection. And all of this in a warm atmosphere: what else ?
